Arrival and transfer to the Pinke Lake, followed by visits to the salt industry, sand dunes, and Kayar fishing port before heading to the Lompoul desert for a camel ride. The journey continues to Saint-Louis for a carriage tour and a visit to a Fulani village, then to Touba’s grand mosque and Kaolack. The trip proceeds to Gambia for a lodge stay and canoe excursion before returning to Senegal’s Saloum Delta. It concludes with visits to Mar-Lodj, Joal Fadiouth, and the Big Baobab, ending in Saly with an airport transfer.
Arrival and transfer to the Chez Salim hotel or similar in Lac Rose.
After breakfast, visit the salt activity, then enjoy a 4x4 ride on the sand dunes to the beach. Visit the artisanal fishing port of Kayar, then head to the Lompoul desert at the Lompoul Ecolodge camp. Camel ride in the afternoon or the following morning. Overnight stay with half board.
After breakfast, departure for a visit to the island of Saint-Louis by horse-drawn carriage, then head to the Koba Ecolodge. After settling into the huts, around 5:30 p.m., visit the village of the Fulani ethnic group. Overnight stay with half board.
After breakfast, visit the largest mosque in Touba with a local guide, a disciple of the Mouride brotherhood. Then head to Kaolack to the Relais hotel or similar. Overnight stay with half board.
Departure to Gambia Lodge at Baobalon in George Town. Visa formalities to be completed at the border by the client.
After breakfast, enjoy a canoe excursion in the reserve, then depart for Ndangane in the Saloum Delta at the Kormoran Hotel. Overnight stay with half-board.
After breakfast, visit the island of Mar-Loj, dominated by the Serere (ethnic group). Then head to Joal Fadiouth via the Big Baobab to visit the shell island. In the afternoon, head to Saly at the Bougainvillées Hotel. Overnight stay with half-board.
Depending on flight schedule, transfer to the airport. End of services.
